Norwell Lionel Roberts QPM  born 23 October 1946) is a British former police constable—the first black police officer to join London’s Metropolitan Police. He eventually rose to the rank of Detective Sergeant. During his career, he was considered to be the first black police officer in the United Kingdom, although it has since been discovered that he had been preceded by Metropolitan Police Superintendent Robert Branford and Constable John Kent in Carlisle, both in the 19th century (Wikipedia) .

Norwell was 9 years old when he and his widowed mother came to England from Anguilla in the Caribbean in the 1950s. Part of the Windrush generation, they settled in Camden, north London. Norwell’s grandfather and three uncles had all served in their local police forces in the West Indies, but it wasn’t until Norwell saw a poster calling for more police officers in London, that he decided to apply. As the only black officer in the Met, Norwell received a great deal of publicity, but was still subjected to racism and prejudice both inside and outside of work. He recalls ‘the worse I was treated, the stronger it made me.

London is where much of the best paid jobs are concentrated,  with its hidden subsidies which creates national institutions with all kinds of creative and lucrative careers.

We have a police force who go around charging people who can barely get by for doing things they themselves do.   We all are to aware what false allegations does do people, especially when it is coming from the police.   Eugenics  has been used as a justification for coercive state-sponsored discrimination and human rights violations,

The crown and the police care nothing about justice and only care about obtaining a conviction regardless of who gets destroyed.  We have a police force who go around charging people who can barely get by for doing things they themselves do.  Is this right. Does a free country have a police force that runs itself like a corporation where it is all about getting whatever cash they can from a already victimized population.

Justice has very little to do with anything anymore.  An officer who places charges and even though they realize they made a mistake they are told to never go back on the charges they lay.
